Each club's business office on Kennel Clubhouse includes a public section, a private section, a semi-private section and a letter box (email). Each club is responsible for the management of its' public section, private section and its' letter box. The club should name an administrator, who will have access to the system via a username and a password, to manage the entire virtual space owned by the club. NO NEED TO KNOW PROGRAMMING OR DATA PROCESSING. One image per page only.

| A virtual space on Kennel Clubhouse for each club includes the following services: |
- Public section:
* Four web pages
* A letter box (email)
* A notice-board for your public news
Your club must name an administrator (usually the secretary). Once registered and your virtual space activated, you will be able to enter members and additionnal administrators. The administrator will have to write and edit public pages for the club - there is a form for this and it is very easy to use. It's a kind of mini website formed by 4 virtual pages and any administrator of your club can edit/modify them easily. No more problem with a website and its webmaster resignation! When someone visits your site they will be directed to your home page and from there they will have a menu to visit your other pages, eg. Breed Standard, Show Information, Sport or Activity (sledding, hunting, agility.....), etc. It's possible to link your mini website directly to another website, a listing or a domain name using this URL:
http://www.kennelclubhouse.com/clubPage1.php?id=X (where X is your club id number).
There is also a "News" section to publish your public news like show information, etc. To avoid any misuse of this website by brokers and to keep it for clubs only, NO PERSONAL BREEDER ADS WILL BE PERMITTED. |

- Private section includes:
* Access to your web pages for update and modification
* Access to your letter box
* A profile for each member of your club
* A meeting room
* A chatroom
* A forum
* A notice-board for your private news and your meeting minutes
* A rescue section to advertise your club rescued dogs on Breeders Clubhouse
* A database for your pedigree
Any administrator(s) of your club will be able to list, enter, edit, or delete the email address, username and password of club members. All member entered on the list will have access to your clubs private section via their username and password. Any name not on the list will be denied access to this section.
The administrator will also be able to create a meeting or a chatroom session by simply filling in a form. An email will automatically be sent to each member of your club notifying them of the date and hour of the opening of the room for meeting or chatting. Also, only the administrator(s) of your club will have the tools to publish the minutes of any meeting with a click of their mouse. The minutes will automatically be published on the private section of your site. Any publications in this section will be available to your members from a menu (selected by title - eg. Minutes 2006/03/27; List of Members; Proposed Changes to the Breed Standard; etc.) The administrator can modify/edit/delete any publication at any time.
A forum is also available to members of your club only. The administrator(s) of your club is responsible for this forum. |

- Semi-private section: This section is available to all members of clubs with Kennel Clubhouse. You can have a forum to exchange information with other clubs and access to "Database Pedigree".
Database Pedigree: Every club member with Kennel Clubhouse can enter a dog in the database simply by filling out a form. Each member can edit a dog's file to update health test results, titles, etc. You will be able to find a dogs pedigree with a click of the mouse or by clicking on a specific dogs file. You will also have the option of printing a dogs file or pedigree if desired. |

| ***IMPORTANT: Only purebred dog clubs or rescue clubs are accepted on Kennel Clubhouse. It's a free services. |

You can subscribe your club for its virtual space on Kennel Clubhouse at any time. Your virtual space is valid for a period of 12 months.
Within few days and if accepted by Kennel Clubhouse, your virtual space on Kennel Clubhouse will be activated and confirmed by email. |

RENEWAL
|
| One month before the end of your 12 months of services, you will receive a renewal notice by email. NO CHARGE FOR RENEWAL. If you do not renew by the end of the initial contract period, for your security, access to your virtual space will be denied and all information and pages about your club will be deleted from the system. |
